Welcome to Knight's Dragons

Knight's dragons is a small home based breeding project. All this pretty much started in August 2008. We got our first pair of breeding dragons along with 5 of their babies, Bob and Bertha. From that moment i was hooked. I was a little scared of the dragons at first, like I am with most new things. Now i can't put them down. They are so fun to have around. My 2 kids love them as much as i do. We gave 2 baby dragons to my dad and he loved them just the same. My dad ended up being over run with crickets so he gave me the dragons back. So it went from 5 dragons to 5 dragons and a tank of breeding crickets.

On Dec. 18th Bethra laid her 4th clutch of eggs, but this was my first. I was calling my cousin-in-law(who we got them from) almost every 5 min. to make sure i was doing things right. I was looking up things online and running around the house trying to get things all together. It was like i was a first time mother again. I thought shortly after they were laid that they couldn't be moves so i was half way in my tank gently picking up the eggs and making sure they didn't move at all. I come to find out that you can move them within 18-24 hours. After that you don't want to move them or mist them at all. I am just glad that i got the eggs all setup quick because that is the same night my husband got into an accident with  my jeep. So i had to go to the hospital. He's fine now.
